§ 4.2. Required improvements.

Every subdivider shall be required to grade and improve streets and alleys and to install monuments, sewers, stormwater inlets, water mains, and other utilities when deemed necessary by the Ville Platte Planning Commission and approved by city [town] council curbs and walks in accordance with specifications set forth in this Part.
