§ 15-1. State highway regulations adopted.

There is hereby adopted by reference all of the provisions of chapter I of title 32 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes as amended and revised, commonly known as the Louisiana Highway Regulatory Act, and all of the regulations of the department of highways and the director of public safety adopted pursuant thereto with respect to any and all streets, alleys and highways within the city.
