§ 15-4. Traffic signs, signals, etc.

(a)

The location and existence of all traffic-control signs, signals, devices and markings in place on the adoption date of this Code are hereby ratified and shall be considered to have been approved by the mayor and board of aldermen.

(b)

City employees are hereby authorized to erect and maintain all traffic-control signs, signals, devices and markings authorized by the mayor and board of aldermen.

(c)

No person shall fail or refuse to comply with the instruction or direction of any traffic-control sign, signal, device or marking erected by the city or pursuant to state law.
