§ 3-2. Permit required.

(a)

No person shall engage in the business of selling beverages of high alcoholic content at wholesale or retail without the appropriate permit issued by the city.

(b)

No person shall engage in the business of selling beverages of low alcoholic content at wholesale or retail without the appropriate permit issued by the city.
