§ 3-4. Permit fees.

(a)

A person desiring a permit for sale of beverages of low alcoholic content shall pay a permit fee based on class of permit as follows:

Permit Class	Fee
Wholesale .....	$100.00
Class "A" retail dealer (on-premises consumption) .....	75.00
Class "B" retail dealer (off-premises consumption) .....	60.00

 

(b)

A person desiring a permit for the sale of beverage of high alcoholic content shall pay a permit fee based on the class of permit as follows:

Class of Permit	Fee
Wholesale dealers .....	$500.00
Retail dealer .....	300.00

 

(c)

Any other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in their entirety.

(d)

Should any provision of this section, or the application thereof, be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section.
