§ 3-32. Allowing minors on premises.

No person holding a retail dealer's permit issued pursuant to this chapter and no servant, agent or employee of the permittee shall, upon the licensed premises, invite or permit any person under the age of 18 years to visit or loiter in or about any place where alcoholic beverages are the principal commodity sold or given away.
