§ VI. [Exemption.]

  • A.

    The provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to the land and buildings which are bounded either on the west or east of the Texas and Pacific Railroad right-of-way except that there shall be a side yard of five feet between the nearest portion of a dwelling residence and the side boundary line of a designated lot.

    B.

    The provisions of this ordinance with regards to the minimum lot size shall not apply to those lots presently existing between West Peach Street and West Cypress Street, which lots are 120 feet in depth from street to street. A single family resident dwelling unit may be moved upon or constructed upon said lots only if all of the other requirements of this ordinance shall be complied with having the necessary front, side and rear space requirements and all residence must face a named street.
